In his more than 15 years focusing on commercial property assessment, taxation and recovery modeling, Michael has held a diverse set of roles including municipal government, property tax consulting, and is currently an independent consultant working for large companies such as First Capital REIT. He most recently co-founded TenantShare (tenantshare.ca), which is revolutionizing common area maintenance and property tax recoveries.

Michael has spent over 20 years providing property tax valuation and advisory services to a range of commercial clients, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), financial institutions, property managers and private real estate investors. He has prepared assessment reviews and provided property tax advice on a variety of property types across Canada.
